Welcome to QuickMeet, a random video calling and dating application. By downloading, accessing, or using QuickMeet, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use QuickMeet.
  • By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • Users under 18 are strictly prohibited.

2. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or bully other users.
  • Share illegal, violent, or harmful content.
  • Upload or share sexually explicit or pornographic content.
  • Engage in scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.
  • Use bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Video Calling

QuickMeet allows users to connect through random video calls.

Users are solely responsible for their own behavior during video calls.

QuickMeet does not guarantee the identity, behavior, or intentions of other users.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including profile photos and messages.

By uploading content, you grant QuickMeet a limited license to display and process your content solely for operating the service.

You must not upload content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Coins, Subscriptions, and Purchases

QuickMeet may offer:

  • Coin packages
  • Premium subscriptions
  • VIP features

All purchases are processed through authorized payment providers.

Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Receive repeated user reports.
  • Engage in abusive or illegal activities.
  • Attempt fraud or misuse the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.

8. Privacy

Your use of QuickMeet is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The QuickMeet app, logo, branding, software, and content are owned by QuickMeet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

QuickMeet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of the service.
  • That every user is genuine.
  • That every interaction will be safe or satisfactory.

Use the app at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickMeet shall not be liable for:

  • User-generated content.
  • Actions of other users.
  • Loss of data.
  • Financial losses.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where QuickMeet operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Delete Your QuickMeet Account

 At QuickMeet , we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account. Delete Your Account from the App (Recommended) You can permanently delete your account directly from the QuickMeet app: Open the QuickMeet app. Go to Profile . Tap Settings . Select Delete My Account . Confirm your request. Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Can't Access the App? If you are unable to access the QuickMeet app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
